After a brief interlude in the genre of Latin jazz (CD All that Jazz from 2018), the second part of my collection of small piano pieces, already announced, is coming after two years with the CD Piano works II. This time again there are 16 works for the advanced pianist who can work out his own interpretations with the help of the also published scores. All pieces date from 2016 to 2019. As with all releases so far, they tell us little episodes from our lives. melancholic but also ironic as in the Piano Man, powerful and happy as in Watch it burn but also solemn as in the piece Christmas - that is the credo. It is already a nice tradition to combine the individual titles with suitable paintings. They should also convey the musical message visually. I have selected first-class paintings by the best and most internationally renowned painters. I would like to thank all of you for participating in this project.
